Sales And Fundraising Consultant

Job Description and Responsibilities
  • Motivated: Ensure that the sales/fundraising team is highly motivated and excited to raise funds for the business.
  • Generate Leads: Identify potential sponsors interested in farming and commodity trading.
  • Qualify Leads: Ensure generated leads have the disposable income to sponsor trade or farming and will pay before engagement.
  • Pitch to or Call Leads: Use a CRM platform to cold call leads and sponsors, pitching the benefits of sponsoring crop production, commodity aggregation, and trading.
  • Close Deals: Manage the process from first contact to payment, closing deals via call or in-person meetings.
  • Sell Products: Explain the benefits of new trade and farming products as they are developed.
  • Manage a Team: Oversee training, support, and supervision of telesales agents to meet daily sales targets.
  • Product Development and Training: Master existing products and contribute to future product design.
  • Marketing: Collaborate with marketing to develop strategies for customer acquisition.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Analyze and report sales and marketing metrics daily to inform strategies.
  • Compensation: Calculate team commissions based on deals closed and oversee payments.
  • Market Monitoring: Keep abreast of market competition and developments to position the company effectively.
Qualifications
