First Place Trailers and Power Sports , located on Loyalist Drive in Brighton, is seeking a Sales and Customer Service Representative First Place Trailers and Power Sports supplies all-purpose cargo trailers for sale as well as specialty trailers such as car haulers, quad trailers, snowmobile trailers, tool trailers and even customized office trailers. Single, tandem and even triple axle trailers are available with a wide variety of axle carrying capacities

Job Duties:
  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom or on the lot.
  • Understand customer needs to match them with appropriate cargo trailer models (e.g., size, weight capacity, features).
  • Offer product recommendations based on customer requirements.
  • Educate customers on the different types of trailers (e.g., enclosed vs. open, utility, car haulers, etc.).
  • Answer customer questions about products, including specifications, pricing, warranty, and financing options.
  • Demonstrate how different trailers work, their features, and benefits.
  • Walk-around demonstrations when applicable.
  • Process customer orders and maintain a sales status from order to delivery.
  • Prepare quotes and invoices.
  • Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, or direct mail campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Keep detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Assist with the promotion of special offers, seasonal sales, and events.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure proper product displays and online listings.
  • Upload inventory to company website and social media.

Additional Information:
  • Compensation: Competitive salary dependent on skill and experience
  • Job type: Full-time
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm and rotating Saturdays 9-12
