Responsibilities :
Sales and Customer Experience :
- Driving Sales : Use StoreForce dashboard results and feedback to exceed sales goals. Take ownership of your results and work actively to contribute to the store’s overall sales.
- Customer Experience : Deliver a world-class experience to every customer. Connect by listening attentively and asking open-ended questions. Demonstrate product benefits and seek to brighten customers' days, leaving the world Lusher than we found it.
- Building the Brand : Educate customers on our brand values including fighting animal testing, fresh cosmetics, ethical buying, vegetarian products, handmade items, and naked packaging. Articulate these values and promote community engagement through store events that attract traffic. Inspire others to join us in making a positive impact.
- Product Passion : Continuously expand your product knowledge through ongoing learning. Stay updated on products, ingredients, and benefits to confidently recommend suitable products to customers.
Team Involvement :
- Development : Use Lush resources to develop sales techniques and product knowledge. Take ownership of your growth, seek feedback, and pursue opportunities to improve your skills.
- Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging : Promote open communication and listen to team members’ perspectives on DEIB. Foster a sense of belonging through teamwork, collaboration, and recognizing individual contributions.
Operational Excellence :
- Time and Attendance : Be punctual, reliable, and present. Participate actively in teamwork, prioritize well-being, and stay informed about company updates.
- Visuals and Merchandising : Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance shopping experience and sales.
- Stock and Inventory : Adjust product displays based on sales to improve customer experience, following visual merchandising guidelines.
- Policies and Procedures : Follow standards for opening and closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety.
Qualifications :
Required :
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility in adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred :
- Experience with consultation-based customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Teamwork experience
- Experience in skincare or cosmetics
- Cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
- Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
Windsor Devonshire Pay: $16.80—$16.80 CAD
