A leading global agronomy firm is seeking a Sales Agronomist to support sales activities in Regina. The role requires developing customer relationships, driving sales, and leveraging agronomy knowledge. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in agriculture and possess strong sales and presentation skills. This position is home office based with extensive travel required.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Sales Agronomist has responsibility for supporting Yara’s sales activities related to the defined Territory.
The Sales Agronomist will utilize their demonstrated skills in questioning, active listening, agronomy and business to uncover solutions that meet the needs of the retail and farm customers. The Sales Agronomist will work in close cooperation with the other team members in the defined territory to actively pursue opportunities to position Yara’s crop nutrition solutions through meeting with retailers, consultants, setting up demonstration trials, attending or organizing field days, trade shows and farmer meetings, as well as bring farmer and retail insight into the development of new products and services.
