Job summary

ActionLink is seeking an outgoing and enthusiastic Full‑Time Sales Advisor to join our Sony Promoter Team at a local Best Buy in Mississauga, ON. You will demonstrate Sony home cinema innovations while engaging customers and store staff to drive sales.

Salary starts at CAD 21–23 per hour, with a 30-hour weekly schedule (Thu–Sun 11am–7pm). Paid training, biweekly pay, and medical/dental/vision insurance are included, along with paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and energetic demeanor.
• Ability to engage customers and recommend products confidently.
• Willingness to work at a Best Buy location in Mississauga.

Responsibilities

• Demo Sony products to customers and store associates to showcase home theater innovations.
• Guide customers to informed purchasing decisions with expert recommendations.
• Close sales and meet weekly targets.
• Educate store staff about Sony products to improve in-store knowledge.
• Complete post-shift surveys with photos to relay feedback.
