Overview

Job Summary: Sales Specialist, Ancaster

Location: Ancaster, Ontario, Canada

Employment Type: Part time (Friday-Sun 20 hours weekly depending on store hours)

Salary: $24.00/hr - $28.00/hr starting salary based on experience

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building relationships and brand awareness and increasing sales inside Best Buy stores on behalf of our client.

The ideal candidate is a "people-person" who can cultivate relationships and build excitement about the client's brand and products. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to create thoughtful and positive interactions with both store associates and prospective customers alike. The Field Sales Manager will leverage relationships to aid in selling, training, and merchandising products throughout the specified market. All product training will be provided, we just need you to bring your personality and positive energy.

Day-in-the-Life as a Sales Specialist

• Work period for your shift is Fri-Sun 11:00 - 6/8:00 pm
• Maintain and refresh the product displays
• Incentives will be provided based on designated sales goal performance for client's products
• Build partnerships and trust with key stakeholders inside of stores, including shoppers and retail associates
• Leverage relationship building to educate retail associates on the latest offerings
• Ensure clients' retail brand standards are maintained by regularly inspecting all Sales displays and marketing
• Travel within assigned territory to physically visit various retailers, generating brand excitement from managers and retail associates

• Work will be weekly on Friday, Saturdays, or Sundays

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Certain markets require the representative to have a car. Must have reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits, in remaining markets
