Job summary

Reliance Home Comfort is hiring a Sales Advisor in Canada. This 100% commission role is performance-based and centers on presenting and selling Reliance products to new and existing customers, resolving inquiries, and updating the CRM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of successful B2C residential sales experience.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, highly organized with strong time management.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer experiences through informative presentations.
• Willingness to participate in weekly coaching to improve skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends when customers want to meet.
• Must have reliable transportation.
