The Sales Advisor is a critical role within our communities as it impacts the lives of residents and ignites the warmth of human connection.

Responsibilities:
  1. Development and implementation of the Community marketing plan.
  2. Coordination of promotional activities.
  3. Holds primary responsibility for all sales functions including lead management, documentation, reporting, touring/retouring, and follow-up.
  4. Create, maintain, and grow key relationships in the greater community.
  5. Manage and report on changes in the marketplace and competitive intelligence.
  6. Deliver sales training for Retirement Residence Team.
Must Haves:
  1. 5 years sales experience, preferably in seniors housing or hospitality.
  2. Excellent customer service skills and knowledge, and ability to teach others.
  3. Able to accommodate evening and weekend work.
  4. Must present a professional image to the public at all times and be able to represent/promote the residence.
  5. Good computer skills: PowerPoint, Excel, CRM.
  6. All applicants must successfully pass the prescribed Vulnerable Sector Check (applicable to Ontario applicants).
  7. All applicants must successfully pass the prescribed Criminal Records Check (applicable to British Columbia applicants).

  1. Post-secondary degree or diploma.
