Performance Auto Group's Subaru of Brampton is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. You will manage car inventories, prepare files, process invoices, register vehicles, and coordinate transportation and service requests to ensure a smooth guest experience.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years dealership experience, a valid Ontario driver's license, and excellent communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years dealership experience and/or training; or equivalent
• 1–2 years experience in automotive service industry.
• Valid Ontario Driver's License with good driving record.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines.
• CDK experience is preferred.
• Strong computer & leadership skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Flexible hours and changing schedule.

Responsabilités

• Stock in, maintain and prepare car inventories.
• Prepare key tags and stock cards.
• Prepare file folders for each unit that comes in.
• Send work order requests for service, clean up and recalls.
• Input external work invoices and submit to accounting.
• Register certified vehicles once sold and delivered.
• Register used car warranty sold by the Business Managers.
• Assemble wholesale bill of sales.
• Arrange transportation if vehicles are to be picked up; arrange delivery when needed.
• Demonstrates utmost professionalism in performing duties.
• Execute tasks with minimal supervision.
• Adhere to company safety standards at all times.
• Comply with all company policies, standards and procedures.
• Other duties as required by management.

Here’s What You’ll Deliver

What do you need to succeed?

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1-3 years related dealership experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-2 years experience in the automotive service industry.
• Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines.
• CDK experience is preferred.
• Strong computer & leadership skills.
• Must have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Compensation (expected hourly wage): $19.00 - $22.00 per hour. The starting rate will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience.
