Location: Redgrave, Suffolk, IP22 1SA
Hours: Part Time – 14 hours per week over 2 days (Tuesdays and Wednesdays), increasing to 3 days a week during Nov and Dec and to cover holidays during the year within the Department)
Working hours: 8.30am to 4.00pm inc unpaid 30 minute lunch break
Contract Type: Permanent
Reports To: Senior Retail Sales Manager
Salary: £12.98 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
There may be the opportunity of a full time position in the future.

Key Responsibilities
• Supporting export administration including health certificates, and liaising with Official Veterinarians
• Provide administrative support to National Account Managers
• Respond to customer queries professionally, transferring non-sales enquiries as needed
• Represent the company and brand positively in all interactions

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
• GCSEs (Grade A–C) in Maths and English or equivalent
• Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic sales databases
• Comfortable with internet-based systems (training provided on bespoke platforms)
