We are recruiting on behalf of a long-standing and reputable automotive parts and engineering service provider located in Woodstock, Ontario. With over 35 years of experience supporting major North American automakers, our client is known for its stable, family-oriented work environment and commitment to employee growth and development.
They are currently looking to add a Sales Administrator to their on-site team. This full-time position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within a dynamic, global industry.
Support Sales Coordinators by preparing and organizing quotations for production and service parts
Maintain, update, and summarize contracts using internal systems and customer portals
Collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, and Process Development departments to collect necessary data
Track and compare pricing, update Excel trackers, and support quote management
Assist with resolving discrepancies between internal branches and external buyers
Communicate proactively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Perform data entry tasks accurately and on time using client platforms
Completion of a two-year college diploma (preferably in Business Administration or related)
0–1 year of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles
Interest or background in the automotive industry is a strong asset
Ability to read technical drawings or CAD files is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Good time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Valid driver’s license required
The position may include occasional international travel to the U.S., Mexico, and Japan for training and coordination purposes.
