  • The chance to attend industry events, including Motion’s own Rehab Expos, where you can network with vendors, occupational therapists, and your peers.

How you will spend your days:

  1. Provide outstanding customer service. Communicate with a high degree of empathy and urgency, responding to client needs and solving problems in real-time. Develop a deep understanding of our clients and the therapist community to respond efficiently.
  2. Clerical coordination. Answer phones, respond to emails, digitize files, process payments, billings, and bank deposits.
  3. Collaboration. Manage external and internal communications, and build relationships with sales, purchasing, service, and administrative teams.
  4. Sales administration. Work closely with the team to drive efficiencies, uphold policies, and improve business processes to meet growing market demands. Coordinate and prioritize sales leads, compile data, and set up meetings.
  5. Receive and process orders. Take ownership of creating quotes, orders, invoices, and reports, ensuring timely processing. Maintain client, rental, and inventory data using Navision software, and follow up with clients to confirm paperwork is complete and accurate.
