Job description

Evertz, a growing high-tech company and worldwide leader in the design and manufacture of professional equipment for television broadcast, film and HDTV production and postproduction, cable and telecom industries.

Description :

  1. Provide administrative support to a team of regional Sales Representatives
  2. Prepare quotations and system evaluation agreements
  3. Liaise between Sales and various departments to coordinate questions, provide status updates, and ensure timely processing and turnaround of quotations
  4. Coordinate new sales initiatives / campaigns by researching, preparing and distributing data to Sales
  5. Coordinate updates to company database by maintaining project notes, and training staff on new applications
  6. Update and maintain contact data / information in database
  7. Coordinate customer visits at all stages of the process (incl. preparing agendas, confirming personnel availability, scheduling meetings, ordering / setting up / cleaning up food etc.)
  8. Log daily / weekly / monthly Sales activity
  9. Prepare reports and customer documentation (e.g. letters, manuals, commercial policies)
  10. Other duties as required

Qualifications :

  1. College Education in related field (Business, Administration) or related experience
  2. 0-1 year office administrative experience
  3. 0-1 year sales / service sector experience
