The Sales Activator’s main priority is driving excellent trade execution throughout their market, in partnership with the local Distribution Partner.
Key responsibilities include: executing long-term sales drivers in key retail and impulse accounts, securing distribution of RedBull in new accounts across all channels, implementing merchandising standards, tracking and measuring KPI execution, and coordinating with the local distribution partner to ensure flawless execution.

- Drive RedBull Perfect Store conditions to win versus competition in the market.
- Execute, with the DP, the opening of new accounts (REACH) to expand the number of rooftops buying directly from RedBull.
- Actively sell additional points of distribution (displays) to improve the in-store presence of the RedBull brand.
- Encourage DPs to enroll independent accounts into the Volume Incentive Program (VIP), following up regularly to ensure program compliance and growth.
- Collaborate with key regional strategic accounts to drive promotional execution and in-store conditions.
- Plan schedules effectively to maximize time in stores with the greatest impact.
- Maintain consistent communication with DP field personnel to ensure alignment on priorities.
- Initiate plans to drive KPI execution and maintain vertical accountability.
- Lead seasonal trade blitzes to capture key volume opportunities.
- Leverage available data to derive insights supporting the selling story.
- Acts as a trusted advisor to key customers in the market.
- Communicate regularly and work cross-functionally with internal teams and the DP.
- Be a credible contributor to the local full cell team.
- Champion the World of RedBull mentality and mindset to bring the brand to life.
Qualifications
- Outstanding sales experience in the Consumer Goods industry (preferably beverages), with +3 years of proven success. Distributor and supplier experience is preferred.
- Ability to lead, manage, and motivate distribution partners with +3 years of experience.
- Strong communication and motivational skills.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales and trade marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of consumer marketing principles.
- Excellent presentation and training skills.
- Ability to work independently, responsibly, and stay organized.
- Proficiency with basic administrative programs: Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Willingness to travel 20-30%.
