Job summary

A leading beverage company is seeking a full-time sales professional to enhance market presence in Greater Sudbury. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Drive Red Bull Perfect Store conditions and execute opening of new accounts.
  • Manage promotional execution and in-store conditions at strategic accounts.
  • Plan schedules to maximize impact and organize seasonal trade blitzes.

Job description

Drive Red Bull Perfect Store conditions to win against competition in the market.

Execute with the DP the opening of new accounts (REACH) to expand the number of rooftops buying directly from Red Bull.

Actively sell additional points of distribution (display) to improve the in-store presence of the Red Bull brand.

Encourage DPs to enroll independent accounts into the Volume Incentive Program (VIP) and follow up with a routine to ensure program compliance and growth.

Collaborate with key regional strategic accounts to drive promotional execution and in-store conditions.

Planning

Plan schedules to maximize store visits with the greatest impact.

Communicate regularly with DP field personnel to ensure alignment on priorities.

Develop plans to drive KPI execution and maintain accountability.

Organize seasonal trade blitzes to capture peak volume opportunities.

Consultative

Leverage data to support selling strategies.

Act as a trusted advisor to key customers in the market.

Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and DPs.

Contribute credibly to the local full cell team.

Champion the World of Red Bull mentality and mindset.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of outstanding sales experience in the Consumer Goods industry, preferably in beverages; distributor and supplier experience is a plus.

Ability to lead and motivate distribution partners with 3+ years of experience.

Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies.

Knowledge of consumer marketing principles.

Excellent presentation and training skills.

Ability to work independently, responsibly, and organized.

Proficiency in Windows programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

University Bachelor's Degree preferred.
