Job Title: Business Development Manager (GTA West)
Salary : $60,000-$65,000 + Competitive Commission Plan

In this role, you will drive revenue growth and foster strong relationships with key customers in the GTA West region. You will demonstrate a strong sales drive, personal motivation, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities span sales strategy, including developing effective customer account plans, managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will represent a brand renowned for excellence in the industry.
One of your primary duties will involve managing key sales accounts, nurturing and expanding relationships with significant customers, and acting as the intermediary between the company and stakeholders such as Stone Fabricators, Architects and Designers, Kitchen & Bath Retailers, Builders, General Contractors, and Stone Suppliers within your territory.
Location: GTA West – Canada
Key Responsibilities by Channel
Fabricator Channel
- Business Development & Key Account Management – Demand creation, development, and maintenance of customer relationships, as the primary business contact in the fabricator market
- Contribute as a Fabricator team member by routinely calling on the market to enhance existing relationships and identify new opportunities
- Develop strategy with peers and management to improve approaches and increase Caesarstone’s market share
- New product introductions – execute plans to introduce new products to market
- Own the Fabricator channel fact base – deliver SOS and SOW, plus market intelligence for regional and SLT decision making
- Inventory management – review open orders and update rates daily
- RMA / Credit Rebills / Warranty as needed for timely resolutions
- Submission of retail quotes as required
- Monitor sales and invoices daily in Power BI
A&D / K&B Channel
- Maintain and grow relationships with accounts in the region through regular visits and product knowledge sessions
- Develop and execute sales programs, promotions, and customer activities that increase volume, revenue and profitability
- Provide samples, literature, and marketing tools in support of the brand
- Address customer issues proactively and escalate when needed
- Maintain communication with the Regional Sales Manager; provide weekly status and call reports
- Work with Warranty Team to provide product knowledge to technicians
- Utilize and leverage corporate sales database for tracking and managing customer requirements
- Manage merchandising materials and samples; support regional initiatives
- Collaborate with team to maximize opportunities; support national trade marketing initiatives
- Develop product and industry knowledge (attend events, trade shows, associations)
- Regular input and tracking of customer activity in CRM (Salesforce)
Builder Channel
- Primary relationship manager for defined territory accounts; drive Caesarstone brand message and product through Builder Channel; increase SOS and selector lists
- Maintain market insights, tender timelines and submission requirements, including pipeline information
- Provide samples, literature, and marketing tools in support of the brand
- Proactively address customer issues and escalate when needed
- Maintain weekly communication with the Regional Sales Manager with status and call reports
- Utilize corporate sales database to track and manage customer requirements
- Collaborate internally to maximize opportunities
- Develop knowledge through industry events and associations
- Generate quarterly targeted SPC and builder direct sales agreements
- Follow up on builder proposals within 2 weeks of submission and maintain target lists
- Regular input and tracking of customer activity in CRM (Salesforce)
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILL REQUIREMENTS :
- Primary relationship manager for defined territory accounts; drive brand message and increase SOS/SOW as defined by Regional Sales Manager
- Maintain market insights, tender timelines and submission requirements
- Provide samples, literature, and marketing tools in support of the brand
- Proactively address customer issues and escalate when needed
- Maintain regular input on account activity and weekly status reports
- Utilize corporate sales database for tracking and managing customer requirements
- Collaborate to maximize opportunities; promote product/industry knowledge
- Generate quarterly builder-related sales agreements and follow up on proposals
- Maintain Salesforce CRM inputs for customer activity
Working Conditions
- Frequent travel, often several hours of driving per day
- Ability to travel to, attend, and conduct presentations
- Manual dexterity to use desktop computer and peripherals
- Occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs
