Business Development Manager (Central GTA)
Salary: $60,000-$65,000 + Competitive Commission Plan

Responsibilities
As the Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will center around driving revenue growth and fostering strong relationships with key customers. You will develop and execute sales strategies, manage accounts, identify new business opportunities, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities by channel:
- Territory: Central GTA
- Fabricator Channel – Business Development & Key Account Management
- Develop and maintain customer relationships as the primary business contact in the fabricator market.
- Collaborate with fabricator teams to enhance relationships and identify opportunities.
- Develop strategy with peers and management to improve approaches and increase Caesarstone’s market share.
- New product introductions to market.
- Own the Fabricator channel fact base, deliver SOS and SOW, and provide market intelligence for decision making.
- Inventory management and daily review of open orders, take rates, and updates to systems.
- RMA/credit rebills/warranty as needed for timely resolution of balances and quality issues.
- Submission of retail quotes as required.
- Monitor sales and invoices daily in Power BI.
- Business Development Manager – A&D / K&B Channel
- Maintain and grow relationships with accounts of all sizes through regular visits and product knowledge sessions.
- Develop and execute sales programs, promotions, and events to increase volume, revenue and profitability.
- Provide samples, literature and marketing tools to support the brand in your market.
- Proactively address customer issues and escalate when needed.
- Maintain open communication with the Regional Sales Manager; provide weekly call reports.
- Collaborate with the Warranty Team for product knowledge and service.
- Utilize the corporate sales database to track, analyze and manage customer requirements.
- Monitor merchandising materials and samples; support regional initiatives.
- Share information internally to maximize opportunities.
- Support national trade marketing and marketing initiatives.
- Develop product and industry knowledge through events and associations; log activity in CRM (Salesforce).
- Business Development Manager – Builder Channel
- Lead relationships in defined territory accounts; promote Caesarstone and achieve measurable SOS and selector list growth.
- Manage market insights, tender timelines, submissions and pipeline information.
- Provide samples, literature and marketing tools to support the brand.
- Address customer issues proactively; inform management of escalations.
- Weekly communication with the Regional Sales Manager; report on account activity.
- Utilize the sales database to track and manage customer requirements.
- Collaborate internally to maximize opportunities.
- Maintain product/industry knowledge through events and associations.
- Generate quarterly targeted SPC and builder direct sales agreements as defined by the Regional Sales Manager.
- Follow up on builder proposals within two weeks and manage target lists through available market resources.
- Log customer activity in Salesforce.
Qualifications & Skills
Required qualifications and skills align with the responsibilities above and include the ability to manage multiple channels, communicate effectively, and maintain strong product knowledge. Specific items are described within each channel responsibilities.
Working Conditions
- Frequent travel, including several hours of driving per day.
- Ability to travel for presentations and meetings.
- Manual dexterity to use computer and peripherals.
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
