Career Staffing Talent (CST) has partnered with a national fire alarm, sprinkler, and life safety services leader to hire a Sales Account Manager to drive new business and manage key accounts in GTA. This role is integral to branch growth and is backed by a leadership team that values service, safety, and support.

This position includes a proven commission structure and all tools needed to succeed, making it perfect for a motivated sales professional ready to grow.

What You'll Do
  • Build and Manage Client Relationships: Serve as the primary contact, ensuring safety and satisfaction.
  • Drive New Business: Identify, engage, and close new opportunities. Secure long-term service contracts.
  • Offer Solutions: Partner with internal teams to provide technical demos and consultative recommendations.
  • Coordinate Project Delivery: Oversee the execution and delivery of contracted services on time and within budget.
  • Analyze & Report: Stay on top of market trends and provide clients with strategic, data-informed recommendations.
  • Ensure Compliance: Align all work with relevant codes and regulatory standards.
What You'll Bring
