About the role:

As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets and driving the growth of BSI America’s product and service offerings related to ISO standards and certifications. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys developing long-term relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
  1. Drive Sales Growth: Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling.
  2. Consultative Selling: Engage with key decision-makers in small to midsize organizations to present and position BSI products and services, helping them meet ISO standards.
  3. Pipeline Development: Identify and qualify new business leads, building a continuous sales pipeline to support long-term success.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring business growth and repeat engagements.
  5. Market Trend Identification: Stay ahead of industry trends, strategizing to capture new revenue opportunities.
  6. Accurate Reporting: Provide timely and accurate sales reports to support business forecasting and strategy development.
  7. Travel for Success: Travel to visit clients quarterly to build personal connections and further business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Sales Experience: At least four years in sales.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with certification industry and/or ISO standards is a plus but not essential.
  • Multilingual: Fluency in English and French.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to negotiate, influence, and build relationships with internal teams and external clients.
  • Collaboration Mindset: Effectively work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM tools like SAP and Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Valid Driver's License: Travel to client sites quarterly.
