We’re currently expanding and seeking aSales & Account Managerto acquire new clients, lead consultative sales conversations, and manage long-term client relationships. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and wants to directly impact their earning potential.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and acquire new small business clients across Canada and the U.S.
  • Conduct discovery calls and present Frayze solutions in a clear, confident manner
  • Close deals and handle hand-off to onboarding and service teams
  • Maintain client relationships post-sale, acting as the main point of contact
  • Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and support client retention
  • Track pipeline and performance using our in-house CRM system

Compensation Structure

This is a100% commission-based rolewithno cap on earningsand clear performance bonuses tied to retention and growth.

Commission Breakdown:

  • 35% of initial setup fee(e.g. $2,000 setup = $700 upfront)
  • 25% of first month’s recurring revenue
  • 15% of second month’s recurring revenue
  • 7.5% monthly residualfor active accounts under your management

Bonus Opportunities:

  • Client retention milestones (e.g. 60 days, 90 days)
  • Upsells and contract upgrades
  • Tiered bonuses for closing 5+ clients/month

Sample Earnings Example

  • Setup Fee: $2,000 →$700 commission
  • Monthly Plan: $1,000/month →$250 (month 1)+$150 (month 2)+$75/month residual
  • Future Upsell adjustment

Who We’re Looking For

  • 1–3+ years experience inB2B sales,account management, orfreelance/agency services
  • Comfortable leading consultative sales conversations and closing deals
  • Strong understanding ofmarketing,automation, orweb-based tools
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and CRM hygiene
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented — you’re driven by outcomes, not office hours

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Familiarity withCRMs, orAI tools
  • Experience in SaaS, agency, or digital services
  • Ability to generate your own leads (inbound support available)
