ABOUT YOU:

As our Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting, upselling, and cross-selling within your assigned territory. You will focus on website software, SaaS, and digital marketing, providing consultative sales solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Acquire new accounts and grow existing ones
  • Meet sales objectives, including quota and productivity requirements
  • Maintain relationships and update clients on new products and services
  • Regularly update prospects database in Salesforce
  • Complete and ensure accuracy of all sales-related documentation
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly forecast reports
  • Drive revenue growth by cultivating and expanding relationships with existing accounts
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer satisfaction and retention
  • Implement strategies to promote long-term customer success and loyalty
  • Promote and sell digital marketing solutions to the established client base
  • Leverage a deep understanding of client needs and goals to drive revenue growth
  • Engage in strategic account management within the digital marketing space
