Base pay range: CA$70,000.00 / yr - CA$100,000.00 / yr

The Next Step in Your Career

If you’re an experienced SDR or B2B Sales Specialist looking for a new challenge, or if you have recruitment experience and want to use it with our comprehensive product suite, this opportunity is for you!

We’re hiring multiple full-time Sales & Account Executive roles in downtown Vancouver. Your primary role will be to engage recruitment decision-makers in small to large enterprises and recommend the most suitable solutions from our offerings.

Some key responsibilities will be :

  • Engaging prospects through multitouch approaches (50 B2B outbound calls per day) while meeting sales/KPI targets
  • Conducting discovery calls to understand recruitment goals and suggest appropriate solutions
  • Managing pricing discussions, handling objections, and guiding prospects through the sales process
  • Leading qualified software demos with product specialists
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships for repeat business and account growth
  • Collaborating with recruitment teams to align solutions with client needs

As the Sales & Account Executive, you’ll also act as the primary account manager, supported by a team of recruitment specialists to execute the strategies you sell.

About You

To qualify, you'll have proven, successful sales experience, and have worked in some capacity in a B2B environment (e.g., software sales, SaaS, recruitment services, etc.). Our extensive training program will prepare you to succeed!
