Blanchett is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our industry-leading signage team in Edmonton, AB.

We are looking for a motivated, results-driven individual who thrives on closing sales. The successful candidate will generate new leads, manage accounts, promote Blanchett’s services through various mediums (networking, cold-calling, social media, etc.), and educate clients and prospects. This role will be the primary contact for our custom signage projects.

If you have 5-10 years of construction-industry sales experience and are a proven sales strategist, consider joining our dynamic team of professionals within a family business that leads the industry. This opportunity could elevate your career.

Responsibilities :

  • Prospect and generate new leads.
  • Service existing accounts and develop new ones by planning daily work schedules to call on sales outlets and trade factors.
  • Perform needs analysis of current and potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Manage prospects and maintain key information in the prospect database.
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedules.
  • Create and facilitate sales materials, including artwork requests, estimates, and formal presentations.
  • Prepare and submit sales contracts, ensuring all paperwork and approvals are completed.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention rates.

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in construction sales.
  • Experience in the Sign Industry is a significant asset.
  • Ability to multitask, troubleshoot, and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite on computer/tablet.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
