The Job

As a Route Sales Associate, you will deliver, sell, and service retail locations with our snack food brands. Your responsibilities include:

• Delivering, selling, and merchandising products onto store shelves and displays (training provided).
• Managing inventory levels and ensuring product freshness.
• Following an established delivery and service schedule.
• Operating a handheld invoicing system and handling daily settlements.
• Providing professional and courteous customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum Grade 12 education; post-secondary education is a plus.
• Sales or retail experience is an asset.
• Valid, clean Class 5 driver’s license (driver’s abstract required).
• Reliable transportation to various locations (mileage paid where applicable).
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks (lifting, bending, kneeling).
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
