Old Dutch Foods Ltd. in Thunder Bay, ON, is seeking a motivated Route Sales Associate to service retail accounts in Thunder Bay and surrounding areas.

You will deliver, sell, merchandise, and manage inventory for Old Dutch and Humpty Dumpty snack products, maintain product freshness, follow delivery schedules, and provide excellent customer service. This independent role offers growth potential through comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid Class G driver's license with a clean abstract (delivery trucks are used; driver training provided).
• Reliable transportation to get to and from work, mileage paid where applicable.
• Sales or retail experience is an asset.
• Ability to perform physical work and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
