Job summary

Old Dutch Foods Ltd. is seeking a Route Sales Associate to service retail accounts in North Bay, Ontario and surrounding areas. You will deliver, sell, merchandise and manage inventory for Old Dutch and Humpty Dumpty products, maintaining freshness and following delivery schedules with handheld invoicing.

We offer a competitive salary 45-52k/year, weekly pay during training, and commission structures by region with comprehensive training and supportive culture.

Qualifications

About the Role

You will deliver, sell, merchandise, and manage inventory for Old Dutch and Humpty Dumpty snack products. This includes maintaining product freshness, following delivery schedules, using handheld invoicing, and providing excellent customer service.

What You Bring

• Self‑motivated and able to work independently
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid Class G driver’s license with a clean abstract. (delivery trucks are used and driver training is provided).
• Reliable transportation to get you to and from work.
• Sales or retail experience (asset)
• Ability to perform physical work and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to travel during 6‑week training period and potentially after training to cover off areas of need.
