Job description

Reporting to the Assistant Manager Service youll provide administrative and billing support as requested.

The core parts of your role will be to :

  • Provides support to the Brokers in the Group Home & Auto and Lifestyle teams and helps respond to various inquiries and information requests.
  • Completes administrative requests which includes assembling information and documents and / or making changes to policies.
  • Completes followup by contacting appropriate parties via letter email or telephone.
  • Consults with the Brokers to help resolve problem situations as required.
  • Prepares and processes responses in accordance with established standards.
  • Distributes mail and faxes. This includes opening and sorting mail correspondence for distribution to employees as well as scanning and electronic indexing.
  • Completes data entry in the Broker Management System.
  • Keeps information confidential to protect operations.
  • Performs other duties within competence as assigned.

  • Superior time management and organizational skills to manage competing priorities including project management skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt in a fastpace environment including working with various computer programs databases and software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of collaborative team environment.
