Job Title: Sake Sales Rep (Japanese or Chinese Speaking)

Employer: Export & Import Trading Company

Location: Vancouver, BC

Starting Date: ASAP

Work hours: 9:00am-5:00pm, M-F (1hr. Lunch Break)

Compensations: $ ~40K/year (DOE) plus benefits (Including extended health, dental, vision, prescription drugs)

Main Job Duties:

1. Visit existing and potential customers to nurture and expand relationships.
2. Communicate regularly with customers to address concerns, build trust, and ensure satisfaction.
3. Operate company vehicle in full compliance with driving regulations.
4. Manage and monitor inventory levels for relevant products.
5. Work closely with the operations team to ensure customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
6. Analyze account trends to identify key sales and promotional opportunities.
7. Prepare and manage necessary documentation, including sales sheets, order forms, invoices, and reports.
8. Attend evening/weekend events as needed, and deliver non-alcoholic beverages to commercial locations on schedule.
9. Lift and carry items up to 10 kg as required.
10. Other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License
2. Experience in the alcoholic beverage industry preferred
3. Sales Representative experience preferred
4. Proficiency in Japanese/Chinese languages an asset
5. Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Customer Database)
6. Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
7. Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a team
