The designer will be responsible for the design of RFIC circuits within multi-chip, multi-technology wireless module solutions. In this Module Design Team, you will develop cutting-edge, state-of-the-art PA, RF switches, LNAs, and front-end modules for Automotive and IoT applications to enable industry transformation to the next generation of data communication.
BSc degree with 8+ years of experience, or MSc with 6+ years, or PhD with 3+ years in RFIC design.
Deep understanding of RF theories and concepts including S-parameters, transmission lines, matching circuits, couplers, dividers, bias circuits, etc.
Experience in designing, analyzing, and implementing high-efficiency, wideband linear PAs, LNAs, and RF switches.
Solid understanding of RF amplifier stability, matching, and bias considerations.
Knowledge of semiconductor technologies such as SOI, SiGe BiCMOS, CMOS, etc.
Proficiency with design tools like Keysight ADS, Cadence ADE, EMX, ADS Momentum, HFSS, etc.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently or in a team, delivering according to product requirements and schedules.

The typical base salary range for this role is CAD $99,200 - $169,300 annually. Starting pay depends on experience, skills, education, and other factors. Benefits include healthcare, retirement plans, stock purchase plans, paid time off, and performance-based incentives and awards.
