What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Drive positive sales growth for the Personal Safety business in an assigned territory
  2. Deliver training and education to customers and end users to maximize product effectiveness
  3. Prioritize end customers, markets, and distributors for effective territory management
  4. Collaborate with Territory, Marketing, and Technical teams on market research and promotional initiatives
  5. Provide solutions to challenging issues within a dynamic environment

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. High School Diploma or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  2. Current, valid Driver’s License
  3. Minimum of three (3) years of safety/industrial experience in a relevant environment
  4. Exceptional organizational skills with effective written and verbal communication skills
  5. Ability to qualify and prioritize sales opportunities within the assigned territory

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Post-Secondary Education or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  2. Channel or manufacturer sales experience
  3. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  4. Experience working in a matrix environment or large complex organization
  5. Proficient in database management and software such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Salesforce.com
