Position Overview
Our client is currently seeking a Safety Coordinator to join their team in Dieppe, NB. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s Health and Safety Program. The ideal candidate will bring practical experience in construction safety, a proactive approach to risk management, and a collaborative mindset to promote a culture of safety across all projects.
The ideal candidate brings a balanced leadership approach — firm on safety standards, yet approachable and solution-oriented. They understand the value of leading with respect and collaboration first, while maintaining the authority to hold teams accountable when needed.
