Complete Projects is a fast-growing Pipeline and Facility Construction company looking for a driven and experienced Safety Manager to join our team. This is your opportunity to lead with purpose, bring innovation to the table, and contribute to a safety culture that puts people first.

What We’re Looking For:

Progressive experience in a Safety role

NCSO designation (completed or in progress)

Solid understanding of the Oil & Gas industry

Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean abstract

NSC experience

COR maintenance and auditing experience

Experience as Joint Health & Safety Committee Coordinator

Comfortable driving on lease roads

Valid First Aid, H2S, and CSO certificates

Required ACSA Courses:

Leadership for Safety Excellence

Principles of Health & Safety Management

Auditor Training Program

Key Responsibilities:

Follow NSC guidelines

Maintain COR certification and compliance

Conduct safety meetings and site inspections

Maintain records and safety ticket tracking

Other duties as assigned

Details:

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 3:00pm, with overtime and weekends as needed

Pay: Starting at $30.00/hour

In-person role in Whitecourt, AB (relocation or reliable commute required)
