Job Description

We are a well-established commercial trucking consulting company that has been in business for numerous years, with operations throughout Canada and the USA. We are looking for dedicated, motivated, and hardworking individuals to join our Company’s Transportation Safety and Compliance team and Permits Team to promote high standards in the Trucking Industry in Canada & USA.

Duties:

  • Deliver next-level customer service and support sales growth.
  • Assist with other Safety and Compliance functions as required.
  • Expected multiple communication points daily with key contacts both verbal and written.
  • Build relationships with counterparts at carrier partners to improve the outlook.
  • Ensure a high degree of service for both internal and external customers in accordance with City standards.
  • Office Administration Tasks – attending calls, scheduling appointments, arranging meetings with internal and external parties.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
  • Ideal candidate may be pursuing BBA/B.Com/Occupational Safety Course/Post Graduate Diploma in Business/Accounting/Finance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Punjabi as a second language is always an asset.
  • Keen attention to detail, good time management, and organizational skills.
  • Computer proficiency – Excellent computer knowledge – Word, Excel, Outlook, PDF, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to organize work to meet deadlines.
  • Available to work on some weekends if required.
  • General understanding of North American regions.
