An independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with LensCrafters (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within a practice operated by a LensCrafters subleasing optometrist, either as an employee or contractor.

As a private practice, Luxottica manages the optical dispensary, while the affiliated doctor provides optometric care. The terms of employment, practice model, pay, and hours are negotiated directly with the subleasing doctor.
