Job description

Arobas Personnel is seeking a SaaS Systems Administrator for a contract Part-time (around 14 hours/week) position with one of our clients located in Montréal.

* 100% remote – within Canada and must be able to work with EDT time zone *

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Act as the final escalation point for complex technical issues related to SaaS systems.
  • Maintain and continuously improve core IT and SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Atlassian, Slack, Zoom, OneLogin, and others.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot problems and lead technical initiatives and projects.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define business needs, design aligned SaaS architecture, and drive successful project execution.
  • Automate processes using low-code/no-code platforms like Workato.
  • Develop and manage SaaS API integrations.
  • Configure and manage SAML applications for secure access.
  • Handle sensitive data with professionalism and implement robust security controls to reduce risk.
  • Develop audit-ready records and implement QA/QC processes to minimize errors.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with ease and meet SLA targets for resolution and incident response.
  • Evaluate and support the rollout of new enterprise technology.
  • Proactively monitor alerts, logs, and KPIs to detect and resolve issues early.
  • Collaborate beyond your direct scope to support broader IT and organizational goals.

What are we looking for?

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Service Desk / IT support and ITSM/ITIL environments.
  • 5+ years in a systems administration role.
  • Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms.
  • Proven ability to support complex SaaS systems in a multi-platform environment.
  • Solid skills in SAML configuration and management.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with JAMF or other Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools.
  • Familiarity with IAM best practices and frameworks.
  • General knowledge of networking, servers, cloud infrastructure, and virtualization technologies.

Languages: Bilingualism required (French and English)
