Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic SaaS Solution Specialist with a strong understanding of user experience (UX) to help clients optimize and enhance their use of our cloud-based software. This role involves consulting with clients to understand their needs, demonstrating our SaaS solutions, developing new features, and providing UX guidance to ensure intuitive and effective user interactions.

Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our sales and product delivery team to identify client requirements and develop tailored SaaS features and solutions.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations, focusing on UX features and capabilities.
  • Analyze client workflows and provide UX recommendations to improve usability and user satisfaction.
  • Assist clients during configuration, and customization of our SaaS platform.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and development teams to relay UX feedback and feature requests.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and materials that highlight best UX practices.
  • Troubleshoot client issues related to both technical integration and user experience challenges.
  • Stay informed on UX trends and SaaS industry standards to continually enhance client solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in SaaS solutions consulting, technical support, or customer success in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms, cloud services, and enterprise software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical and UX concepts clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Preferred Skills:

  • UX/UI design experience or certifications (e.g., UX certifications, Human Factors, etc.).
  • Familiarity with wireframing, prototyping tools, and UI/UX design software.
  • Knowledge of agile development processes and customer-centric design methodologies.
