We’re looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our team!

In this hybrid role, you’ll lead new client onboarding, deliver standout product training, and support long-term customer success. You’ll be a strategic partner to our clients and a key player on our team - working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to create seamless, high-value experiences from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead onboarding sessions and configure Birdview PSA to fit customer needs
• Train users, solve business puzzles, and ensure smooth go-lives
• Build long-term client relationships, drive adoption, and support renewals
• Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs

You’ll Thrive Here If You:

• Have 2+ years of experience in onboarding and implementation at a B2B SaaS company
• Communicate effectively, especially in client-facing conversations
• Love working cross-functionally and juggling multiple projects with ease
• Are naturally curious, proactive, and energized by helping others succeed
