Job summary

Capco is seeking a tenacious Corporate Actions Business Analyst to join our Americas and Europe teams, focusing on SaaS Corporate Actions and Income Processing. The role emphasizes client collaboration, data integration, migrations, testing, and production readiness within a fast-paced consulting environment.

You will work with internal teams and clients to ensure successful implementations, with attention to data accuracy, governance, and end-to-end delivery across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 yrs experience as conversions/implementation consultant for SaaS projects in Wealth or Capital Markets.
• Asset Servicing platforms experience in Wealth Management or Investment Banking.
• Client facing with ability to build strong client relationships.
• Experience on large-scale projects with governance and lifecycle delivery.
• Excellent attention to detail for accurate reporting.

Responsibilities

• User Testing Management & Reporting: triage issues, track and report testing progress.
• Training: prepare material, deliver client training, and demonstrations of APIs/product functionality.
• Data Integration / Configuration Definition: map upstream/downstream data and configurations.
• Migration/Conversion: assist in conversion strategy and runbooks; support mocks and go-live.
• Production Compare: reconcile legacy outputs to BR's solution; drive improvements.
• Production Readiness: complete checklists and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Collaboration: mentor junior team members and coordinate with internal teams.
