• 7+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience
• 3+ years leading BSA teams or large-scale analysis workstreams

• Lead analysis activities across Capital Management initiatives and workstreams.
• Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications.
• Ensure traceability, testing support, and audit-ready documentation.
