Company Description

Pawa is a SaaS solution specialized in sales analytics, demand planning, and inventory management. We help manufacturing SMEs and distributors optimize their growth with simple, predictive, and powerful tools.

Role Description

You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities with mid-market clients in Quebec and contributing to the expansion of our footprint across Canada. You’ll manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, and closing.

What you'll do

  • Proactively prospect (outbound, events, LinkedIn)
  • Prepare and deliver compelling solution demos
  • Manage your pipeline in Pipedrive and move opportunities forward
  • Collaborate with leadership and marketing

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B software solution selling (experience in SaaS is an asset)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, resilient, results-driven
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills
  • Knowledge of sales analytics and performance tracking
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge or experience in the manufacturing and product distribution sector across multiple markets is a significant asset.
  • Familiarity or hands-on experience with retail distribution channels is considered a strong advantage.
