Job summary

A financial services solutions provider in Toronto is seeking a driven Account Manager. You will be the primary contact for clients in the banking and finance sector, responsible for managing relationships, understanding client needs, and identifying upsell opportunities. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in Account Management within a SaaS company, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach. Fluent English is essential. We’re now looking for a driven and client-focused Account Manager to join our team and support our growing portfolio of clients in the banking and finance sector.

What You’ll Do

As an Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of financial services clients. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to ensure they gain maximum value from our platform and grow their usage over time.

Responsibilities

Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
