Job summary

Pacific Coastal Airlines is seeking Saab First Officers to join our Vancouver flight team. This full-time role requires 500 hours total time, CPL/ATPL, and a current multi-engine IFR rating with a valid medical.

We offer a competitive base salary (55.00 per credit hour, minimum 52,800 CAD/year), per diem, guaranteed flying credits, and extensive travel benefits across our network.

Qualifications

• 500 hours total time required.
• CPL with IATRA or ATPL within the last 18 months.
• Current multi-engine IFR rating and Category 1 medical.
• Ability to travel domestically and abroad as needed.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted.

Minimum Qualifications For First Officers

• 500 hours Total Time*
• CPL with IATRA or ATPL (IATRA must be completed within the last 18 months)
• Current Multi Engine IFR
• Valid Category 1 Medical Certificate
• Bond applies Crew Practices Manual
• Ability to travel away from home, including overnights
• Flexibility to work varying shifts
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identity Card
• Must be a Canadian citizen or Canadian permanent resident, or hold a valid permit to work in Canada
• Ability to travel to/from the United States without restrictions
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
• Preference is given to candidates with a type rating, multi-crew, multi-engine, IFR, and/or turbine experience in 600/702/703/704/705 or military operations. Flight Instructor candidates should expect consideration with 1000+ hours of total time experience.
