Job summary

Pacific Coastal Airlines in Vancouver is seeking qualified permanent full-time B1900 Direct Entry Captains to join our seasoned flight crew. This role offers a competitive base salary and a comprehensive benefits package, with opportunities for career progression and work-life balance.

Requirements include 2000 total hours, 1000 PIC hours, 1000 hours of relevant experience, a Canadian ATPL, Category 1 medical, and eligibility to work in Canada.

Qualifications

• 2000 hours total time, 1000 PIC time, and 1000 hours of relevant experience in multi-engine, IFR and turbine operations.
• Valid Canadian ATPL and Category 1 Medical Certificate.
• Must be Canadian citizen or permanent resident or have a valid permit to work in Canada; able to travel to/from the United States; able to lift 50 pounds.

Minimum Qualifications for Direct Entry Captains:

• 2000 hours total time
• 1000 PIC time
• 1000 hours relevant experience*
• Valid Canadian ATPL
• Valid Category 1 Medical Certificate
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identity Card
• Must be Canadian citizen or Canadian permanent resident or, hold a valid permit to work in Canada
• Ability to travel to/from the United States without restrictions
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted

*Relevant experience is considered to be multi-engine, multi-crew, IFR, and/or turbine experience in 600/702/703/704/705 operation.
