S.B. Foot Tanning is the main leather supplier for Red Wing Shoe Company and a major supplier of leather to the US Military through our partner network. Foot Tanning is proud of its innovative testing lab in Red Wing, MN, and has received numerous quality awards in the tanning industry.

Job Description

We are seeking qualified candidates for 3rd shift (overnight) Production Operator positions at S.B. Foot Tanning Company. Responsibilities include adhering to safe work practices, ensuring quality output, paying attention to detail, and maintaining efficiency. Employees may work in team settings or independently.

Pay Rates: Starting wage is a base pay of $23.25/hour plus a $0.55/hr shift premium, totaling $23.80/hr. Once qualified on a specific job, the base rate may increase to between $23.25/hour and $28.40/hour.

• 3rd shift hours: 10:00 pm - 6:00 am, Sunday - Thursday.

Must be available to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a light industrial or manufacturing environment

• Ability to stand, twist, bend, grasp, and perform additional movements as required by specific jobs
• Ability to read and write English
