Abbotsford Animal Hospital in Aurora, Ontario is seeking a Full-Time Registered Veterinary Technician to join our busy, supportive team. The role focuses on client education, in-house diagnostics, radiography, surgery support, and patient care.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of clinical experience, strong technical skills, and a team spirit. We offer full health benefits, CE allowance, dues coverage, RRSP matching, and a competitive hourly wage of 25–35 CAD.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong technical skills and a desire to grow and learn.
• A team-oriented attitude and positive energy.
• Cornerstone knowledge is preferable.
• Weekend (Saturday) and evening availability.

Responsibilities

• Client education and communication.
• In-house lab work and diagnostics.
• Digital radiography.
• Supporting appointments and patient care.
• Assisting in surgical procedures, including patient prep, monitoring anesthesia, and post-operative care.
• Performing dental prophylaxis and assisting with dental radiography and procedures.
