Job summary

CanaDream is seeking a skilled RV Technician to ensure the safety and performance of our guest and customer fleet. You will diagnose, repair, and test RV systems, working under the Service Manager to maintain high-quality service standards.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, warranty coordination, and assisting guests with on-road issues. A valid license, propane certification, and hands-on RV experience are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified RV Technician, Journeyman, or possess equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be certified to operate a propane pump
• Hands-on experience in RV preventative maintenance including propane systems and electrical systems.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and electronics troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize testing equipment and diagnostics to identify and repair faults.
• Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble components to factory specs.
• Conduct operational tests and road tests for RVs and components.
• Identify and process warranty claims and coordinate necessary repairs.
• Assist guests with on-road issues, providing timely solutions for safety and satisfaction.
• Install RV accessories and ensure proper fit and function.
• Complete work orders and timecards accurately.
