Service Technician – Recreational Vehicles

RV technicians possess a versatile skill set, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and flooring. If you excel in any of these areas, we will provide training for the rest! No specific RV experience is required to start as a new RV technician at our dealership. We value honesty, dedication, responsibility, and professionalism. Our shop operates with integrity, and we seek hardworking technicians who appreciate the value of a good day's work for fair pay.

Job Responsibilities

1. Examine and diagnose RV problems
2. Discuss repairs with shop foreman or RV service advisor
3. Communicate additional service requests to RV service advisor
4. Plan work procedures in cooperation with shop foreman
5. Provide labor time estimates to RV service advisor
6. Monitor repair time and update RV service advisor regularly
7. Maintain adherence to dealership policies on RV care and operation
8. Complete documentation for client repairs
9. Assist in mentoring RV technician trainees
10. Attend company and factory training
11. Stay current with factory technical bulletins
12. Follow federal, state, and local regulations, including hazardous waste disposal
