Qualifications

• Red Seal RV Technician or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of RV or automotive service experience required.
• Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, and organizational abilities.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and support the work of Service Technicians
• Train new and existing staff on safety and service procedures
• Monitor and ensure quality standards are met
• Assist with scheduling, supply management, and shop maintenance
• Step in as a Service Technician whenever needed
• Help resolve customer inquiries and support the Service Manager
  
  

What You Bring

• Red Seal RV Technician (preferred) or equivalent hands-on experience
• 5+ years RV or automotive service experience
• Leadership skills and a team-first mindset
• Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, and organizational abilities
• Gas Certification and Forklift Ticket (assets, not required)
