Compensation
  • Commission Based Pay Plan with up to $150,000 with a Guaranteed Wage Supplement

You don’t need previous sales experience to take advantage of this AMAZING opportunity. Work in North America's largest indoor showroom - over 140 RVs inside over 2 levels - Offering our customers a warm comfortable shopping experience in Alberta's cold winters while keeping them cool during the summer. Candidates who have excelled in this position include former business owners, educators, and insurance agents, but we are open to anyone with passion, drive, and potential. If you have a passion for travel, the outdoors, and helping people create lasting memories, selling RVs is a fun and enjoyable career. Job Responsibilities
  • Understand and implement dealership sales process
  • Present and demonstrate inventory
  • Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
  • Remain up-to-date on products, market trends, and certification
  • Training and utilization of Customer Management System (CRM)
  • To maximize earning potential, you must be willing to work weekends
  • Negotiating and closing sales
  • Meeting monthly sales targets
