Job summary

The Island Health Department of Medical Imaging is seeking a full-time General Radiologist to provide services at the North Island hospitals in Comox Valley and Campbell River.

Eligible candidates must hold RCPSC certification in Radiology and full licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC, with competence in CT, MRI, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, and breast imaging. Start date as soon as possible; candidates may reside in Campbell River or Comox.

Qualifications

• Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada certification in Radiology
• Full licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC

Responsibilities

• Perform CT, MRI, ultrasound, DR and fluoroscopy procedures
• Breast imaging and basic non-vascular interventional procedures
• Work at Comox Valley and Campbell River facilities
